Cebs issues disclosure guidelines for banks in Europe

Recommendations for improving banking disclosures in the European Union as a result of the financial crisis have been issued by the Committee of European Banking Supervisors (Cebs). The Level 3 committee released a consultation paper on Friday containing guidelines for enhancing transparency in the wake of the crisis.
