New partners at Morrison & Foerster

US law firm Morrison & Foerster has appointed two new partners to join its London Capital Markets Group. Peter Green and Jeremy Jennings-Mares both join from rival law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Green has experience with complex cross-border structured products and financings and advises on structured derivatives, including credit, equity, commodity and fund-linked securities. Mr. Green also acts for collaterised debt obligations (CDO) lead managers and portfolio managers and advises on constant proportion portfolio insurance (CPPI) transactions and general derivatives matters.
