FSA publishes feedback on review of investment fund listings
The Financial Services Authority (FSA), the UK’s financial services regulator, has published a combined consultation and feedback paper on the Investment Entities Listing Review.
The Review project is looking to create a better regulatory environment for listed investment funds. The FSA wants the improvements in place by the end of March 2008.
