Fortis opens leveraged finance office in Milan
Fortis has opened an acquisition and leveraged finance office in Milan that will be headed up by Andrea Rigamonti. He reports to Geert Lippens, global head of the acquisition and leveraged finance group, based in Rotterdam.
Rigamonti joins from Banca Intesa, where he had responsibility for the mid-corporate acquisition finance sector, and will undertake similar responsibilities for Fortis. He is expected to beef up the acquisition and leveraged finance group with a number of hires.
