FSA releases transaction monitoring paper -- The UK’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) released a discussion paper titled Development of transaction monitoring systems in early December 2003. The paper outlines changes and updates that the FSA would like to make to the way it collects transaction information from the financial services firms it regulates.
