OMB requests Basel II NPR change

WASHINGTON, DC – According to one regulatory source, the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) review of the US's Basel II notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) has resulted in a "substantive" change to a portion of the credit risk framework, as well as various other "tweaks".
