CTFC CRACKS DOWN ON FOREX FRAUD

- US authorities have frozen the assets of six firms and arrested four of their employees after the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) charged them with fraud in mid-February.

The CFTC says the companies and their employees defrauded customers in marketing and trading forex contracts that were in fact futures contracts. The companies in the dock are Richmond Global Associates, Richmond Global Director, Richmond Global MCA, Richmond Global Managed Account
