- February 25 - The International Organisation of Securities Commissions released a consultation report, entitled 'Principles for outsourcing by markets', on industry outsourcing best practices. The report builds on the existing report 'Principles on outsourcing of financial services for market intermediaries'.
The deadline for comments on the paper is May 20. www.iosco.org/library/pubdocs
