UK JLMSG issues updated guidance
-- In January, the UK’s Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JLMSG) posted guidance approved by the Financial Secretary to the Treasury in December 2004. The Treasury approved the 2003 edition of the JMLSG Guidance Notes for the purposes of sections 330 and 331 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and regulation 3 of the Money Laundering Regulations 2003.
