UK trustees attack new age discrimination rules

UK pension trustees fear that new age discrimination pension rules, which came into force on 1 December, could hit many pension funds by obliging trustees to 'level up' benefits to eliminate discrimination in cases where the employer has inadvertently awarded different rights to workers according to their age.
