Structured Products: Which government departments are responsible for regulating retail and institutional structured products in your country?

Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores: The regulation of structured products in Spain does not differ from any other area of financial legislation. Laws are promulgated by the Parliament, while the Government and the Ministry of Economy have the formal power to approve respectively decrees and ministerial orders.
