Risk management professionals get big rises in compensation

Risk management professionals received huge bonuses in 2005 on top of sharply higher salaries, according to a recent survey* by Risk Talent Associates, a US-based recruitment firm. The survey found that those with more than 16 years of experience and earning salaries of about $204,000 in 2005 had received bonuses (both cash and non-cash) that reached $343,000 on average in 2005, up 15.8% from 2004.
