Citihub opens NY office to help disaster recovery business


NEW YORK -- UK-based Citihub, a consultancy firm focusing on information technology (IT) infrastructure for financial services, opened an office in New York in May to help cope with the growing demand for disaster recovery and managed-application services.

The New York office will be headed by Richard Hamstead, who joined Citihub in May 2001 and has focused on a project for a leading investment bank in New York. Before joining Citihub, Hamstead was vice-president of business infrastructure
