Risk South Africa: SARB’s Mminele outlines challenges facing central banks

Talking to an audience of delegates at Risk South Africa in Cape Town, Mminele acknowledged the financial landscape had changed dramatically since last year's summit. “[This] will go down in history as a major financial crisis – and will probably be used in textbooks for years to come,” he remarked.
