That is the conclusion of a report entitled: IT Security and the Role of Technology in Retail Banking Security, by independent market analyst Datamonitor.
The report comes at a time when banks are increasingly being urged to invest in mitigating the so-called “insider threat” posed by authorised users who abuse their system privileges
