CESR announces final recommendations for Mifid Level 3

BRUSSELS - The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has released the results of its latest consultation on home-host issues and other policy areas regarding the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid).


Recommendations made by the Committee in light of feedback from securities firms include plans to allow companies to commence cross-border activity once notification has been passed from the home authority to the host supervisor, and allow firms to begin trading before
