
Survey shows UK firms ready for property derivatives

UK institutional investors have a growing interest in using property derivatives for strategic and tactical asset allocation, according to a survey by the London-based Property Derivatives Interest Group (PDIG), a special interest group of the industry organisation Investment Property Forum.
