JP Morgan’s credit structuring head departs

Denis Gardrat will head infrastructure investor Rivage Investment’s UK unit

JP Morgan’s global head of credit structuring, Denis Gardrat, has left the US bank to lead Rivage Investment’s newly formed UK subsidiary as part of its continued expansion.

Gardrat will now serve as partner for the Paris-based investment firm, which previously opened a New York office in March.

He will help expand Rivage’s origination, distribution and execution capabilities for both investment
