UBS sterling rates head joins RBC Capital Markets

Ian Hale has joined RBC Capital Markets as head of European inflation trading, having left UBS in December. 

Hale will oversee euro and sterling inflation trading in his new role and will report to Ed Russell, head of flow rates trading for Europe. 

RBC Capital Markets declined to comment. 

Hale had been at UBS since 2018 where his most recent role was head of sterling rates trading. Before joining
