Emma Richardson has been promoted to global head of futures and global head of derivatives clearing at JP Morgan. She takes over from Nick Rustad, who has requested a leave of absence to spend time with his family. He is expected to eventually return to JP Morgan.
Richardson joined JP Morgan in 2006 and has been responsible for product development, treasury and in-business risk for its futures
