People: BAML and Citi step up equity derivatives hiring

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has made a number of new hires across its US and UK equities teams. In the US, Michel Romano has joined the equity derivatives sales team, while Adam Kravetz, formerly of Tower Research Capital, has joined as chief operating officer for global execution services.

In London, Ulick Burke assumes the role of head of UK institutional equity sales, ending a 19-year
