Standard Chartered has appointed Aaron Russell-Davison as head of debt capital markets. Based in Singapore, he will report to Henrik Raber, global head of capital markets. Russell-Davison joined Standard Chartered in 2009 as head of Asian bond syndicate and became head of capital markets for Asean in July 2013. Lynette Ortiz will take over as head of capital markets for Asean with effect from
