Credit Suisse has appointed James Coulson as the UK chief compliance officer and deputy chief compliance officer for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), which will be effective on March 9. Coulson will be based in London and report to the chief compliance officer for EMEA, Mark Hart.
