People: JP Morgan creates regional CRO roles

JP Morgan has promoted two veteran risk managers to newly created chief risk officer (CRO) roles for its Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific regional divisions.
Joe Holderness, formerly global head of the bank’s credit portfolio group (CPG), will head the EMEA risk function, while Joe Regan, formerly chief of staff of the bank’s Asian operations, will now be CRO for the region.

Both will serve on the bank’s risk operating committee and head their respective regional risk
