HBV Capital Management LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor with more than $400m in assets under management, has announced that it has added a European Risk Arbitrage investment discipline to its funds' management capabilities.

HBV Capital also announced that it has formed HBV Capital Management UK Limited, which is registered with IMRO, to serve as sub adviser to HBV Capital. Based in the firm's newly-opened London offices at 49 St James's Street, HBV Capital Management UK Limited is
