Campbell sets up on his own after Appleton

Scott Campbell has resigned from the board of Appleton to set up his own niche asset management company.

Core Harbour Investment Management will be managed on the same asset allocation discipline as the Appleton global growth and balanced funds, which were managed by Campbell since their inception in 1997.

After strategy disagreements and lengthy negotiations Campbell left Appleton under circumstances he said 'could have been a lot more amicable.'

His new company will focus initially on providing
