Trafalgar Capital expands its business with an EM neutral fund and new team

London-based hedge fund operators Trafalgar Capital Management plan to launch a US equity market neutral fund this year as well as appointing new staff.

The US fund will follow the investment style of Trafalgar's Pan-European Equity Market Neutral Fund. The company said its Pan-European Equity Market Neutral Fund produced returns of more than 13% last year, and positive returns since launch in November 2001.
