Wade McDonald, former senior vice-president and head of client services at State Street, has left the bank after eight years to join HSBC Securities Services. McDonald left State Street in March and will join HSBC in July as head of sales and business development for Europe. He will be based at HSBC’s London office in Canary Wharf.

McDonald will report to Arjun Bambawale, head of HSBC Securities
