Swenson moves to TD Bank

Ken Swenson has joined TD Bank in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, as head of capital programmes operational risk management. He will report to the bank's head of operational risk, Cristina Scassa, and will oversee the bank's implementation of Basel II operational risk regulations.

Swenson was previously a senior operational risk examiner at the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank, where he has worked since 2009. Before joining the Chicago Fed he was a principle at the financial consultancy CRA International
