Pickel replaces Voldstad as Isda chief executive

Bob Pickel reappointed Isda chief executive, replacing Connie Voldstad, who will stay on as special adviser to the board

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association has reappointed Bob Pickel as its chief executive, replacing Connie Voldstad, who will become a special adviser to the board.

Pickel has worked at Isda for 14 years, joining as general counsel in 1997, before being appointed chief executive in 2001. He was replaced by Voldstad in November 2009, and took on the newly created role of executive vice-chairman. Pickel will formally return to the chief executive role on January 1, 2012.
