Citi has announced a slew of appointments, promotions and structural changes in its exchange-traded derivatives and over-the-counter clearing businesses –  part of an effort to create a one-stop shop for clients that will be pushed into clearing in the new regulatory environment, according to Nick Roe, the bank’s global head of prime finance.
