RBS hires Hua for China role

Qing Cheng Hua joins RBS China from JP Morgan Chase

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has appointed Qing Cheng Hua as country executive for RBS China, the locally incorporated entity of RBS Group, subject to regulatory approvals. Hua will be responsible for executing the group’s China strategy, operational management and managing the bank’s relationship with Chinese regulators. He will be based in Shanghai, reporting to Sherry Liu, chairman and chief executive for RBS in China.
