CIBC appoints wholesale banking co-heads

Canadian bank CIBC has appointed two new co-heads of wholesale banking. Geoff Belsher will retain his position as global head of investment banking, while also assuming reporting responsibility for offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Harry Culham will take over the wholesale banking capital markets business, which includes fixed income, currencies, global derivatives and strategic risk. He will also manage CIBC's chief investment officer activities.
