LCH.Clearnet, the London-based clearing house, has named Ian Axe as chief executive of both the LCH.Clearnet Group holding company and its UK operating subsidiary, LCH.Clearnet. He was previously global head of operations and chief operating officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Barclays Capital, overseeing the integration of Lehman Brothers and the divestment of Barclays Global Investors.
