The latest people moves from the January 2011 issue of Risk magazine

Theo Lubke has ended his 15-year career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to take a role at Goldman Sachs as chief regulatory reform officer. Lubke started work at the bank in December and will advise senior executives at the firm on the implementation of regulatory changes.

Lubke led the New York Fed’s efforts to improve derivatives market infrastructure from 2007, an approach instigated in 2005 by US Treasury secretary Timothy Geithner, who was president of the regulator at the time. The
