
UBS launches Asia family services unit and names Lau as regional head
UBS has established a family services business in Asia to tap the fast growth of ultra high-net worth (uHNW) private client business in the region. The Swiss bank has named industry veteran, Yan Lau, to lead its Asia Pacific family services unit as well as to further build out the bank's service offerings to uHNW clients.
Based in Hong Kong, Lau will now be responsible for the co-ordination of UBS' existing expertise in philanthropy, family advisory, wealth planning and other non-financial
