Jasper leaves Primus Guaranty

Tom Jasper, founder and chief executive of the Bermuda-based credit protection specialist Primus Guaranty, has stepped down. He will be replaced by the company's chief financial officer (CFO), Richard Claiden.

Claiden joined the company as chief financial officer in 2003, and took the additional post of chief operating officer in 2008. Before Primus, he was head of operational risk at JP Morgan's
