JP Morgan hires Sazzad Anam to head new Bangladesh office

JP Morgan has extended its Asia Pacific footprint into Bangladesh by setting up a representative office in the country to provide financial institutions with banking services. Sazzad Anam will run the Bangladesh financial institutions' treasury services business for JP Morgan.

Anam will be responsible for strategy, client delivery and sales within Bangladesh. He will report to Rajiv Jain, head of India and South Asia for JP Morgan treasury services, who is based in Mumbai.
