Eyles head of Asia commodities at JP Morgan as Dawe retires

Ray Eyles (below) is to become the new Asia-Pacific chief executive of global commodities at Wall Street investment bank JP Morgan as Oral Dawe, who joined from Goldman Sachs in 2008, steps down.

Eyles joined JP Morgan in 1988. Most recently, he was global head of commodity proprietary trading, based in London (a desk which was recently closed). Previously, he had numerous roles within JP Morgan’s commodities business, including CEO of
