Standard Chartered hires Arnold to head South-east Asia financial market sales

Standard Chartered has hired David Arnold as head of financial market sales for South-east Asia, a newly created role. Based in Singapore, Arnold will report to David Carr, global head of sales for financial markets, who is also based in Singapore.

Arnold was most recently based in Hong Kong as head of the institutional clients group (ICG) Asia at BNP Paribas, which he joined in 2007.
