
New York Fed names bank supervisor
Sarah Dahlgren, head of the special investments management group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will succeed William Rutledge as head of bank supervision when he retires at the end of this year. Dahlgren will be replaced by Roseann Stichnoth, who is at present in charge of the bank's Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility.
Dahlgren will move to the bank supervision branch in September and will work alongside Rutledge for the rest of the year, the New York Fed says. She headed the
