Kilian named as UBS head of derivatives distribution

UBS has hired Axel Kilian from Nomura as head of global derivatives distribution, and announced three internal appointments to work with him as regional heads of equity sales. Matt Rule will lead equity sales in the Asia-Pacific region, Dominic Vail in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Joe Oertel in the Americas. All four will join the securities distribution executive committee at UBS, and will report to Roberto Hoornweg, global head of securities distribution. Before his appointment
