Deutsche Bank strengthens pension team

Fresh from successfully completing the £3 billion longevity de-risking of the BMW pension scheme, Deutsche Bank has expanded its pension team by appointing Andrew Reid head of corporate pension origination.

Reid will report to Hakan Wohlin, co-head of European debt capital markets and the corporate coverage group. Deutsche says Reid will be responsible for all corporate pension fund de-risking, including longevity. However, given Reid's previous role as head of Credit Suisse's European longevity
