RBS names two new strategy heads
The Royal Bank of Scotland has appointed Jim Lee as head of futures strategy. Lee was previously a partner at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York, where he was co-head of the liquid markets group. In his new role he will be based in Stamford, Connecticut, and will report to John Richards, head of strategy for global banking and markets in the Americas.
Lee replaces Eric Hiller, who will become head of US rates strategy. Hiller joined RBS as head of futures strategy in 2008, moving from Bank of America
