LSE shuffles execs, hires new CIO

In preparation for integrating the Turquoise multilateral trading facility (MTF) with its Baikal dark liquidity pool and rolling out its MillenniumIT Exchange, the operators of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) have hired Antoine Shagoury to be CIO.
