Scully to manage new CLS forex trade-aggregation service

CLS has named Steve Scully as the senior product manager for its newly launched over-the-counter foreign exchange trade-aggregation service.

Scully, previously a product manager at the EBS trading platform, will be based in New York and will report to head of product management Roger Rutherford.

The aggregation service, run jointly by CLS and Icap, started operations on January 26, with eight banks initially agreeing to participate.
