Tajinder Singh has been appointed deputy secretary-general at the International Organisation of Securities Commission’s (Iosco) general secretariat. He is leaving his role as executive assistant to the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India to join Iosco in Madrid for an initial period of three years.
