Fortis announces Bruno Colmant as deputy chief executive officer

Bruno Colmant, former chief financial officer and executive board member at ING Belgium, chief of staff to the Belgian minister of finance and chief executive officer of Euronext Belgium, has been appointed as deputy CEO at Belgo-Dutch bancassurer Fortis. Colmant will be responsible for finance, legal and the management of the legacy issues of the former Fortis, reporting to the company's CEO Bart De Smet.
