Ng joins RBS from Schroders Investment Management, where he was head of Structured Investments and responsible for developing and marketing structured investment products across asset classes to retail and institutional investors in the Asian region and in particular, structured retail funds into Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.

Ng will report jointly to Water Cheung, head of Treasury and Emerging Markets for Asia-Pacific and to Robert Begbie, global head of Structured
