RBS Asset Management appoints O’Neill as head of distribution
RBS Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, has appointed Kate O’Neill as head of Distribution, a newly created position in which she will report to Philip Basil, chief executive of RBS Asset Management.
O’Neill will be responsible for the global distribution of RBS Asset Management’s fund products and structured products to institutional clients. All the salespeople will report to O’Neill as head.
Prior to this, O’Neill was head of Pan-European Distribution and Hedge Funds at Henderson Global Investors, which she joined in 2001. O’Neill had been head of Risk and Operations at AMP for five years
